Cleanse Purchasing, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

HI-VIBE Cleanses are made fresh, just for you!

Payment for your cleanse must be received at least 2 days before your desired start date.

Once your cleanse is booked - due to the perishable nature of our pressed juices and products, you are responsible for all items purchased for your cleanse, including those not yet picked up from HI-VIBE. We cannot be held responsible for expired or neglected product if it is not picked up, kept refrigerated, or consumed within the dates set for your cleanse.

Cancellation or rescheduling a cleanse requires 48 hours notice. Refunds cannot be issued for cleanses that have already started, because we produce our juices, tonics, and cleanses for each individual customer.
