Why should I do a juice cleanse?

Did you know that about 80% of your total daily energy expenditure happens in your digestive system? When you give your digestive system a break, your body has the chance to heal and detoxify at its deepest cellular level. Juicing is the easiest way for your body to assimilate nutrients while at the same time allowing your digestive system to rest.

How long should I cleanse for? (Edit)

The longer you can give your body’s digestion a rest, the better the results you will see from cleansing.

If you intend on cleansing for only 1 or 2 days, we recommend coming to visit a HI-VIBE location and purchasing your products fresh that day. Our staff can support you in developing a short juice cleanse to meet your needs.

What is included in a HI-VIBE Cleanse?

Each HI-VIBE Cleanse includes our 100% organic, cold-pressed or freshly blended juices, and freshly brewed tonics. When you pickup your HI-VIBE Cleanse products (fresh daily, or in bulk), your bottles are labeled and numbered in the order that they should be consumed.

Depending on your cleansing goals, you may receive additional items such as gut-healing elixirs and broths, or nutrient-dense superfoods to help with exercise and stressful days.

All of our cleanses include your choice of a daily 16 oz. tonic - to energize your day with toxin-free organic coffee, ceremonial grade organic matcha, or wild brewed chaga. Our tonics include some of the purest powders and superfoods for extra energy, stress management, detoxification, and recovery.

How do I know which of your cleanses is right for me?

HI-VIBE offers three cleanses that address some of the most common problems our customers describe:

Booking, scheduling, and purchasing your HI-VIBE cleanse

Cleanses must be booked at least 2 days in advance, in order to squeeze your cleanse into our juice pressing schedule!

To get started, complete our HI-VIBE Cleanse Inquiry form. This form helps us organize all of the essential information we need, to help prepare a successful cleanse for YOU; from dietary restrictions, to pick-up and availability!

Shortly after, a HI-VIBE Cleanse Concierge will contact you to schedule your 10 minute Cleanse Consultation. During this consultation, we will:

  • Review your details and make any changes you need to your cleansing plan

  • Confirm your cleanse pick-up schedule

  • Deliver an electronic invoice to complete your purchase

Payment for your cleanse must be received at least 2 days before your desired start date.

Though we find them less effective, 1 or 2 days of juice cleansing can be helpful. For cleanses shorter than 3 days, we recommend stopping by a HI-VIBE location and purchasing your products fresh that day. Our staff can support you in developing a short juice cleanse to meet your needs.

Purchasing, Refunds, & Cancellations

HI-VIBE Cleanses are made fresh, just for you!

Payment for your cleanse must be received at least 2 days before your desired start date.

Once your cleanse is booked - due to the perishable nature of our pressed juices and products, you are responsible for all items purchased for your cleanse, including those not yet picked up from HI-VIBE. We cannot be held responsible for expired or neglected product if it is not picked up, kept refrigerated, or consumed within the dates set for your cleanse.

Cancellation or rescheduling a cleanse requires 48 hours notice. Refunds cannot be issued for cleanses that have already started, because we produce our juices, tonics, and cleanses for each individual customer.

How do I receive my HI-VIBE Cleanse?

For maximum freshness and effectiveness, we advise that you pick up your juices and tonics each morning at the HI-VIBE location specified during your Cleanse Consultation.

HI-VIBE can coordinate with you to pick-up your cleanse for MULTIPLE days at once.

NOTE: Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our juice, you are responsible for the juices that you purchased and picked-up during your cleansing schedule. We cannot be held responsible for expired or neglected product if it is not kept refrigerated, picked-up, or consumed within the schedule set for your cleanse.

How do I know what items to drink, and when?

Your cleanse is numbered in the order in which it is to be consumed. For best results, they are to be consumed every two hours, within a 12 hour window.

Drinking at least 8 oz. of water in between each juice will help with curb hunger cravings, and expedite the detoxification process.

How To Cleanse + Support

How should I feel during A cleanse?

You may experience brain fog, more frequent urination, or low energy levels during your cleanse - especially on day one, as your body starts rehydrating your cells and releasing stored toxins into your bloodstream. These are normal detox symptoms. If you experience such symptoms - increase your water intake, rest, sweat a little, and ride it out - it's working!

Since you'll be consuming more water and nutrient-rich juices to flush out your digestive system, more frequent urination or bowel movements are typical.

By day 3 and beyond, most cleansers experience:

  • More frequent urination or bowel movements.

  • More abundant energy and clarity; typically around day 3, and beyond!

What to eat: Before and After

We recommend focusing on a "Real Food" approach. To get the best results from a cleanse, it is helpful to stop adding disruptive foods and start weaning into healthier food choices. Obviously, not everyone can reset their diet on a whim, so please take these lists with a grain of salt, and simply recommended guidelines.

When can I start eating "regular food" again? (EDIT)

While the desire to dive back into our regular eating routine can grow throughout a cleanse, the best results are achieved if you can update your eating habits, and redefine what "regular food" means to you!

While juice cleansing, it's not uncommon to learn what it takes to thwart hunger and sugar cravings; often all we need is a distraction, a very light snack, or even a few deep relaxing breaths. From going without solid foods, our customers often report to us a sort of 'realization' - that we don't need to chase after every single craving for food or sweets that come up in our day.

Here's what we recommend:

  • Don't binge! / We know, it's been days since you enjoyed solid food; introduce it back into your day gradually.

  • Avoid sugar! / Sugar is one of the most harmful chemicals we consume, and it can be found in nearly all of our food. This substance alone is the most counter-productive to cleansing, and post-cleanse health. Stay away from it as much as you can!

  • Re-add food groups slowly! / From cleansing, your body has had the time and energy to fully process and eliminate the foods you'd previously relied upon. This can often reveal certain food groups that are inflammatory or disruptive to your health. By re-introducing food groups slowly, you'll receive realtime feedback from your body and digestion, alarming you to foods that may actually be problematic and unhealthy in the long-run.

    • This doesn't mean you must never enjoy these foods again. But, knowing what foods can rob you of performance is a great piece of information to have!
