Veggie sprouts are a key player in our Hi-Vibe salads...

Sprouts are baby veggies or legume plants, bursting from the seed, but still in the earliest stages of development.

Imagine what it needs to grow into a big, whopping, vegetable plant…a complete array of vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, antioxidants, fiber, proteins and enzymes; unleashed and ready to accomplish big things. 

That means sprouts are typically more stacked with certain nutrients, antioxidants, and even flavor, compared to the mature plant—and that’s why we love them! 

The cool thing is that when the seed is sprouting, some minerals in the plant bind to the proteins which makes the minerals and proteins more readily bioavailable in our bodies.
